Job Summary

We are hiring two full time merchandisers/sales reps to work 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, completing retail audits and sales visits all around Edmonton and its outskirts. You are a people person, recognizing the importance of relationships with critical store staff, and have a keen eye for detail.  Merchandising and sales go hand in hand, and ideally you have recent experience in both fields. You are able to complete online reports and use Microsoft Office. You have a reliable car, a valid driver license and understand that this role requires you to spend your days visiting stores all around Edmonton.  If this ad describes you, please complete our online application.

General info:

• Compensation: $41600/year, paid vacation, employee benefits after six months
• Start Date: 09/20/2021
• Availability: Monday - Firday, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Completing audits at retail locations such promotional display setups, inventory checks, planogram compliance and resets, installation of signage, etc.
• Order writing (potentially with periodic selling of merchandising units)

Successful Qualifications and Skills:

• Sales experience in retail settings such as grocery, pet stores, or home hardware
• Retail merchandising experience is required - must be familiar with planograms or schematics
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Solid customer service skills and excellent at building relationships
• Intermediate-level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

• A computer (laptop) and a current mobile device (photo-capable) with an Internet connection. 
• A reliable vehicle
