$20/hour - General Labourer - Temporary Project

We are actively recruiting 2 temporary labourer(s) for an overnight store renovation project in ON - Brantford .This job is very physically demanding. You would be assisting in moving product and shelving units,discarding of construction material and assisting with other general labourer tasks.

• Rate: $20/hour + vacation pay
• Location: ON - Brantford
• Project Dates: As soon as possible  - mid/end October, 2022
• Availability: Sunday night – Friday morning shift, 1030pm-7am – times may change
• Hours/week: Hourly - Up to 40 hours/week hours a week

Job Responsibilities: 

• Moving product and fixtures in a big box retailer
• Disposing of construction material
• Cleaning store sections
• Other general labour tasks as required
• Physical requirements: Lifting up to 50lbs, on feet for entire shift. 

Successful Candidate Qualifications: 

• Retail experience considered an asset 
• Positive attitude, reliable, good communicator and fluent in English
• PPE required: CSA Approved Safety footwear, Work Gloves, Hard Hat 
• Reliable way to get to the location (transit will be limited due to nights)
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, remain on feet for entire shift and work in a physically demanding position.
